Bringing over 15 years of business ownership experience and holding the SHRM-CP credential as a Human Resources professional, she offers practical insight alongside spiritual leadership. Her background equips churches to foster healthy volunteer cultures and effective employment practices that support sustainable, Christ-centered ministry. For over two decades, she has led worship in churches across the United States, serving a wide range of denominations and worship styles with discernment and adaptability.
 

Currently completing a Master of Arts in Media Arts and Worship at Dallas Theological Seminary, she continues to deepen her theological and creative foundation. Available for ministry consulting, speaking, and guest worship leading, she partners with churches of all sizes to develop meaningful worship expressions aligned with their theology, traditions, gifts, and goals.
